Our laboratory is an accredited soil fertility testing facility specializing in potting media
and soilless growing substrates used in greenhouse, nursery, and horticultural
production. We provide accurate, research-based analytical services designed
specifically for containerized and controlled environment growing systems.

Unlike traditional mineral soils, potting media such as peat-based mixes, bark, coco coir,
perlite, and vermiculite require specialized analytical methods to accurately assess
nutrient availability, pH balance, and soluble salts. Our laboratory utilizes industry-
recognized soilless media testing protocols, including saturated media extract methods,
ensuring results that are both reliable and directly applicable to modern production
practices.

In addition to soilless media, we analyze field soils common to the Pacific Northwest, as
well as soils that have been amended over time through cultivation and fertility
programs.
